Industrial Machinery – Greening Of The Forge Tatra Metalurgie A.S. - General Contractor. The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Contract Is The Greening Of The Forge Of Tatra Metalurgie A.S. Through The Replacement Of Production Lines And Related Operating Equipment That Negatively Affect The Living And Working Environment With New Technologies That Meet Current Ecological And Technical Standards. The Implementation Focuses On Purely Technological And Functional Reconstruction, Taking Place Mainly Within The Existing Building Of The Forge, And Includes Construction Modifications For The Installation Of Modern Production Equipment. The New Solution Reduces The Environmental Impact, Preserves The Original Functionality, But With A Higher Degree Of Automation, Which Improves The Hygiene Of The Work, And Increases The Quality Of Production. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is Therefore The Provision Of Complex Supplies, Construction Works, Technological Parts And Related Services Including, In Accordance With The Technical Report, The Following Operational Sets And Construction Objects: A) Ps 10.400 Blasting Equipment, B) Ps 11.000 Grinding Workplace For Forgings, C) Ps 12.100 Circular Saws, D) Ps 13.100 Machining Centers, E) Ps 13,200 3D Scanner Workplace, F) Ps 15,000 Operational High-Current Distributions, Electrical Installations And Lighting, G) Ps 16,000 Pipe Distributions, H) Ps 17,000 Low-Current Distributions, I) Ps 20 Site Preparation And Dismantling Of Existing Equipment, J) So 10 Building Modifications. Part Of The Public Procurement Subject Is Also The Processing Of Project Documentation To The Extent Necessary For The Implementation Of The Public Procurement Subject. The Contractor Will Process The Project Documentation On The Basis Of Documents, Technical Specifications, Technological Specifications And Other Information Supplied By The Contracting Authority And/Or Third Parties (Suppliers From Other Procurement Procedures). The Subject Of The Public Contract Also Includes All Related Supplies, Services And Construction Work, Including Activities Necessary For The Proper And Complete Execution Of The Work And The Commissioning Of All Equipment. The Detailed Specification Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is Given In Annex No. 1 Zd – Technical Report, While For The Purposes Of This Public Contract, Only Those Deliveries, Services And Construction Works That Are Explicitly Defined In This Zd And Annex No. 2 Zd – Binding Draft Of The Contract Are Considered To Be The Subject Of Performance (Refers In Particular To The Above-Mentioned Operational Sets And Construction Objects, Hereinafter Referred To As /Contract/). The Activities Listed In Annex No. 1 Zd – Technical Report Beyond The Scope Of The Scope Of Performance Defined In This Way Are Not Part Of The Performance Of The Supplier. The Public Contract Is Implemented As Part Of The Project Entitled Ecologization Of The Tatra Metalurgie A.S. Forge, Co-Financed By The European Union - Through A Subsidy From The Environmental Operational Program 2021-2027 (Hereinafter Referred To As Opžp), Project Registration Number Cz.05.01.06/04/22_012/0002343. The Supplier Is Obliged To Comply With All Rules And Conditions Resulting From The Said Subsidy Program, Which Apply To The Public Contract.
