Supply Services Of Personnel Including Temporary Staff – External Support (Employee Leasing) Processing Of The Commercial Housing Administration. The Contract Is Intended To Provide Support Services With A Scope Of 220 Person Days Of 8 Hours Each (Without Obligation To Purchase) Over A Period Of 12 Months. The Framework Agreement Will Also Provide For An Option That Includes An Extension For A Further 12 Months And The Call-Up Of Up To 220 Additional Person-Days. Option: The Framework Agreement Can Be Extended Once By One Year By The Client. The Use Of The Extension Option Must Be Communicated To The Contractor In Writing At Least 3 Months Before The End Of The Contract, Otherwise The Contract Ends. The Maximum Contract Term Including Extension Option Is 2 Years. The Right To Terminate Without Notice For Good Cause Remains Unaffected.
