The Subject Of This Procurement Procedure Is A Framework Agreement With An Economic Operator In Accordance With Section 21 Paragraph 3 Vgv For The Procurement Of Hpe Aruba Networking Components For Sana Kliniken Ag Facilities As Authorized Clients. The Framework Agreement Is A Contract Concluded For The Term Stated In The Announcement (24+12 Months), Which Obliges The Contractor To Carry Out The Services Requested With Individual Orders Under The Conditions Set Out In The Framework Agreement And The Respective Individual Order.
