Engineering Services – Engineering Services. Through This Tender, Development Company Vathorst Wishes To Conclude A Framework Agreement With One Contractor For The Provision Of Engineering Services For The Bovenduist Area Development By Development Company Vathorst. All Entrepreneurs Who Meet The Requirements Are Invited To Submit An Application. This Can Be Done Independently, As A Partnership And/Or By Calling On Third Parties And/Or Subcontractors. The Size Of The Assignment Is Currently Between €300,000 And €400,000 Excluding Vat Per Year. Over The Entire Term Of The Agreement (I.E.: All Further Assignments That Fall Under The Agreement, Added Together), The Amount Is Between € 2,100,000 And € 2,800,000 Excluding Vat. The Size Mentioned Is Only Intended As An Indication. The Contractor Cannot Derive Any Rights From This In Any Way. Development Company Vathorst Has No Purchase Obligation And Does Not Provide A Turnover Guarantee. The Maximum Value Of The Agreement Is Twice (200%) The Expected Size, I.E. € 5,600,000 Excluding Vat, In Order To Accommodate Peaks, Whereby This Maximum Will Be Indexed In Accordance With The Clause That Will Be Included In The Agreement.
