The Subject Of The Contract Is The Comprehensive Provision Of Food Preparation, Cooking And Distribution For The Employees Of The Public Contracting Authority Within The Operation Of The Internal Canteen, Which Is Generally Not Accessible To The Public. Meals Are Intended For Internal Employees As Well As Other Persons To Whom The Public Contracting Authority Allows, While The Provider Is Obliged To Ensure The Smooth Provision Of The Subject Of The Contract, As Well As The Smooth Performance Of All Related Activities, I.E. J. In Particular, To Ensure Sufficient Personnel Capacities Necessary For The Proper Fulfillment Of The Subject Of The Contract And To Provide Fulfillment That Is In Full Compliance With Valid Hygiene Regulations. Meals Will Be Prepared In The Background Of The Newly Renovated And Newly Equipped Kitchen, Which Meets Current Technical, Hygienic And Operational Standards And Has The Capacity To Prepare Meals For Approximately 600 Diners Per Day. The Dining Room Is Also Subject To Complete Renovation. As Part Of The Daily Menu, Three Types Of Menu Will Be Provided (Soup, Main Course, Drink, Salad/Dessert, Fruit), In Addition, One Meal Prepared In The Form Of A Minute And Another Of A Special Type Of Business Minute. The Canteen Also Includes Two Self-Service Dispensing Islands, The Operation And Supply Of Which Will Be Fully Ensured By The Successful Applicant. The Subject Of The Contract Is Also The Provision Of Occasional Refreshments For Various Events In The Premises Of The Nbs Headquarters Building. At The Same Time, The Public Contracting Authority And The Successful Bidder Will Conclude A Contract For Catering And Additional Sales In The Buffet For Employees Of The National Bank Of Slovakia No. C-Nbs1-000-122-321 (Hereinafter Referred To As The Agreement) And The Lease Agreement For The Premises Of The Canteen, Kitchen And Buffet No. C-Nbs1-000-122-322 (The Lease Agreement). The Lease Agreement Is Annex No. 6 Of The Agreement. The Amount Of Rent Is Fixed In Accordance With The Lease Agreement. The Contract And The Lease Agreement Are Mutually Dependent Contracts, And If The Successful Bidder Refuses To Sign The Lease Agreement, The Customer Is Entitled To Withdraw From The Contract And Apply A Sanction. The Successful Applicant Also Undertakes To Comply With All The Terms And Conditions Of The Lease Agreement, Operating Rules And Binding Hygiene, Safety Or Technical Standards Related To The Activity Of The Buffet. The Public Contracting Authority Places Special Emphasis On The Quality Of The Services Provided, Especially On The Quality Of Raw Materials, Technological Discipline In Food Preparation, Food Safety, Compliance With The Principles Of Correct Hygienic And Production Practice And The Overall Level Of The Service Standard. The Subject Of The Contract Therefore Requires Professionally Qualified Personnel, Compliance With All Relevant Legal Regulations And Operational Standards, As Well As Ensuring A Consistently High Quality Standard Throughout The Entire Period Of Performance Of The Contract. Part Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract Is Also The Operation Of A Rented Buffet, Which Is Functionally And Operationally Linked To The Kitchen And Dining Room (Common Staff Facilities, Supply And Logistics, Premises And Technology).
