The Purpose Of This Contract Is To Describe The Content Of The Care Service For Elderly People In A Situation Of Dependency In Day Care Centers And To Establish The Obligations, Technical Conditions And Specific Activities That Must Be Assumed And Developed By The Companies Or Entities That May Be Awarded The Provision Of The Service. A Day Care Center For Elderly People In A Situation Of Dependency Is Understood As Specialized Equipment, Of A Preventive And Socio-Habilitative Nature And Day Stay For Elderly People Who Present Losses And/Or Deficits In Their Autonomy. Bidders Must Offer A Minimum Of 5 Places Per Day Care Center Offered And A Maximum Of The Number Of Places They Have Authorized For Elderly People In A Situation Of Dependency In The Day Care Center, Discounting From The Offer The Places That May Have Been Awarded By Contract With Other Public Administrations.
