The Purpose Of The Framework Agreement Is To Determine The Conditions Of The Community Housing Care Service Contracts For Adults With Intellectual Disabilities, Defined In The Technical Prescription Document, Through Contracts Based On This Agreement. The Places Awarded In This Framework Agreement, Once Contracted Under The Contracts Based On It, Will Be Integrated Into The Public Network Of Care Centers For Adults With Disabilities, Dependent On The General Directorate With Powers In Matters Of Care For People With Disabilities, Of The Ministry Of Family, Youth And Social Affairs.
