The Services Include All Work That Is Necessary To Maintain The Operational Readiness Of The System. The Individual Systems Are Listed In The List Appendix 2 Lv-2026_Liste_Plant Inventory_Bma_Oak_2026-06-02. This List Represents The Current Situation In The Business Premises. In The Event Of A Change In The Inventory Of The Fire Alarm System During The Term Of The Contract, It Is Agreed: The Contractor (Hereinafter: An) Will, Based On The Conditions Stated In This Tender (Maintenance Dates, Troubleshooting, Maintenance Intervals/Costs), Include Additional Components Of The Fire Alarm System In The Maintenance Service/Troubleshooting At The Request Of The Client. In This Case, The Contractor Is Entitled To Additional Remuneration, Which Is Mutually Agreed Between The Client And The Contractor, Taking Into Account A Comparative Calculation Of The Costs Stated In This Tender, To The Extent That This Agreement Is Permissible Under Procurement Law. Components Of The Fire Alarm System Can Be Eliminated Due To Modifications/Decommissioning. It Is Agreed That With The Discontinuation Of Components, The Clients Obligation To Pay Compensation For The Affected Systems/Components Ends Without The Need For Special Termination. The Contractor Will Be Informed In Writing If The Corresponding System Is No Longer Available.
