The Framework Agreement Concerns The Organization Of Basic Dutch-Speaking Training For Calltakers Of The Information And Communication Centers (Cic) For The General Directorate Of Civil Security Of The Fps Interior. Cic Calltakers (Information And Communication Centers, Also Called 101 Emergency Centers) Need Solid, Comprehensive And Structured Basic Training. This Cic Calltakers Basic Training (228 Hours Of Lessons In Total) Is Divided Into 5 Courses, Namely: The Fundamental Principles Of Judicial And Police Organization (24 Hours Of Lessons); Communication (27 Hours Of Lessons); Suicide Prevention (12 Hours Of Lessons); Social And Technical Skills (87 Hours Of Lessons); The Nomenclature Of Events And Protocols Applied (78 Hours Of Lessons). The Objectives Of The Training Are As Follows: Training Of New Calltakers Recruited For The Cic; Training Focused On The Practical Aspect Of Calltaking. The Organization Of The Training Includes: The Practical Organization And Execution Of The Courses; Administrative Monitoring Of Students; Observation Courses, Etc. The Maximum Estimate Of Services To Be Provided Per Year Is The Organization Of 3 Basic Dutch-Speaking Training Courses.
