The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Service Consisting In Winter Maintenance Of Municipal Roads, Pedestrian Routes, Alleys And Stairs As Well As Communication Stops In The City Of Świdnica In The Seasons 2026/2027 And 2027/2028. Such Activities Will Be Referred To Hereinafter As Zud. 3. The Subject Of The Order Includes: Organization And Operation Of Zud In Two Basic Forms, I.E.: 1) Passive Action Of Zud, Which Includes: Ongoing Observation Of Weather Conditions, On-Call Duty By Employees, Maintaining Equipment And Materials Necessary For Zud In A Ready State, Assembly And Disassembly And Storage In Subsequent Seasons Of Snow Guards Owned By The Ordering Party. 2) Active Zud Action Carried Out On: A) Municipal Roads, Which Includes: Combating And Eliminating Winter Slipperiness (Black Ice, Ice, Slush) By Sprinkling Designated Road Surfaces, Squares And Parking Lots With Materials To Combat Slipperiness, Clearing Snow From Road Surfaces, Squares And Parking Lots, Preventing Slipperiness Of Roads, Squares And Parking Lots; B) Pedestrian Routes, Which Includes: Combating And Eliminating Winter Slipperiness (Black Ice, Ice, Slush) By Sprinkling Designated Surfaces Of Pedestrian Routes, Squares And Parking Lots With Anti-Slip Materials, Clearing Snow From The Surfaces Of Pedestrian Routes, Squares And Parking Lots, Preventing The Formation Of Slipperiness Of Pedestrian Routes, Keeping Pedestrian Routes Clean In The Winter Under Favorable Weather Conditions; C) Transport Stops (With Or Without A Shelter And Within The Transfer Center), Which Includes: Removing Snow, Ice And Slush From The Surface Of Stop Platforms And Benches, Combating And Eliminating Winter Slipperiness By Sprinkling The Surface Of Stop Platforms, Removing Snow Overhangs And Icicles From The Roofs Of Stop Shelters, Piling Up Excess Snow Outside The Platform Area Or Removing Excess Snow In A Place Indicated By The Ordering Party At A Distance Of Up To 5 Km, D) Alleys With A Natural Surface In Parks, Green Areas And Squares, Which Includes Sprinkling The Surface Of The Alleys With Roughening Material, E) Stairs By Clearing Snow And Sprinkling The Surface Of The Stairs With Anti-Slip Materials. 3. Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Planned Scope And Conditions Of Execution 4. Location: Selected Municipal Roads, Pedestrian Routes Whose Maintenance Is The Responsibility Of The City, Alleys In Squares And Parks - Unpaved, Stairs In Urban Areas, Transport Stops - Annex No. 12 To The Swz. 5. The Contractor Will Provide Services With The Utmost Care, Efficiency And Diligence, In Accordance With The Best Professional Practices And Experience, As Well As In Accordance With The Provisions Of Applicable Law. He Will Be Fully Liable To The Ordering Party And Third Parties For Claims Arising From Any Infringement
