The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Gradual Delivery Of 2 Pieces Of Roller Blinds For The Treatment Of The Ice Surface In The Multifunctional Sports And Culture Hall In Brno (Hereinafter Referred To As Mfh), Which Will Be Operated By The Contracting Authority. Both Boats Will Be Delivered In A Blue-Silver Color Combination (With The Predominant Silver Color) With Parameters According To The Technical Specification, Which Forms An Annex To The Tender Documentation, And Which Will Subsequently Be Accepted As An Annex To The Contract. The Delivery Also Includes The Transport Of Rolls To The Place Of Fulfillment (Mfh), Commissioning, Operator Training (Employees Of The Client, During The Delivery Of The First Roll; Training Will Not Take Place When The Second Roll Is Delivered) And Warranty Service (Regular Service During The Warranty Period). The Delivery Of Roller Blinds Also Includes The Presentation Of All Documents Related To Them (Instructions, Service Books, Etc.). The Helmets Must Be New And Of The Same Type (For Example, They Cannot Be Different Models); The Contracting Authority Does Not Allow The Delivery Of Refurbished Rolls, Nor The Loan Of A Replacement Roll In The Event Of A Delay In Delivery.
