Ventilation: The Ventilation Installation Will Be Completely Renewed As Part Of The Renovation And Adapted To Future Use As A House Of Music. The Event And Ancillary Rooms Are Supplied With Approx. 6,000 M³/H Via A Central Rlt System, The Instrument Storage Receives A Separate Rlt System With Approx. 3,000 M³/H And A High Proportion Of Recirculated Air To Ensure Stable Indoor Air Conditions. Both Systems Are Installed In The Basement And Connected Via A Common Outdoor Air Tower In The Inner Courtyard And A Common Exhaust Air Duct In The Underground Car Park Area. The Toilet Cores In The Humboldstrasse And Marienplatz Parts Of The Building Will Each Have Their Own Air Conditioning Systems With Approx. 1,200 M³/H And Approx. 2,500 M³/H Respectively; The Outside And Exhaust Air Is Routed Via Weather Protection Grilles In The Roof Area. The Scope Of Services Includes The Complete Production Of The Air Conditioning Units, Air Duct Networks, Air Outlets, Silencers, Volume Flow Controllers As Well As All Necessary Fire Protection And Hygienic Measures In Accordance With The Applicable Regulations.
