The Purpose Of The Consultation Is To Deploy One Or More Solutions For Processing Augmented Video Use Cases (Also Called Computer Vision) On The Existing Video Infrastructure Of Aéroports De Paris. The Solution(S) Must Make It Possible To Respond To Different Use Cases, In Particular Operational Efficiency, Security Or Intrusion Detection. This List Is Not Exhaustive. The Holder Must Offer Innovative Technologies Allowing Object Recognition, Motion Detection And Analysis Of Video Streams In Real Time Or Deferred Time. The Solution(S) Must Integrate Seamlessly With The Existing Video System Within The Aéroports De Paris Architecture, Guaranteeing Total Compatibility And Without Disruption To The Current Operation Of The Video System. In Addition, The Holder Must Provide Documentation Allowing The Installation, Configuration And Maintenance Of The System(S). Each Service To Be Carried Out Will Be Specified In The Technical Specifications / Framework Notes Associated With The Purchase Orders. Subsequent Contracts May Be Signed. This Framework Agreement Is Multi-Beneficiary. It Is Signed Between Aéroports De Paris And Three (3) Holders Who Will Be Put Into Competition For Each Need. The Terms And Conditions For Awarding Purchase Orders Are Defined In The Article Conditions Of Execution Of The Framework Agreement.
