The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Organization And Service Of An Outdoor Event Under The Working Name Fest! Biegi Rodzinne (Hereinafter Referred To As The Event). 2. The Description Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract (Opz) Constitutes Annex No. 1D To The Swz And Will Be Included As An Annex To The Public Procurement Contract. 3. The Terms And Conditions Of The Contract Are Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Which Will Be Introduced Into The Public Procurement Contract - Contract Template And Constitute Annex No. 1C To The Swz (Hereinafter Referred To As The Contract Template). 4. As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Transfer The Economic Copyrights To The Ordering Party And Will Grant A License To Materials Created As Part Of The Order, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Contract Template. 5. The Ordering Party, In Accordance With The Instructions Resulting From Art. 95 Of The Act Specifies That It Does Not Require The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, Under An Employment Relationship, Persons Performing Activities Related To The Execution Of The Contract, Consisting In Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 §1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code. 6. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Refers To The Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3, The Contracting Authority May Not Reject The Offer Only Because The Offered Construction Works, Supplies Or Services Do Not Comply With The Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems To Which The Description Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract Refers, Provided That The Contractor Proves In The Offer, In Particular By Means Of Evidence Referred To In Art. 104-107 That The Proposed Solutions Equally Meet The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract.
