Contracting For The Provision Of Internal Audit Services And Certification Audit Of The Quality Management System Of The Municipal Employment Service, In Accordance With The Une-En Iso 9001:2015 Standard.The Purpose Of This Contract Is The Contracting Of Internal Auditing And External Auditing Services For The Certification Of The Quality Management System Of The Municipal Employment Service Of Girona City Council, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Une-En Iso9001:2015 Standard. The Spanish Association For Standardization Une Is The Only Standardization Organization In The Spanish State Designated By The Ministry Of Economy, Industry And Competitiveness Before The European Commission. These Services Are Aimed At Verifying The Correct Implementation Of The System, Identifying Possible Improvements And Guaranteeing Its Official Certification Through An Accredited Entity. With The Aim Of Guaranteeing Impartiality And Independence Between The Different Audit Types, The Contract Is Divided Into Two Differentiated Lots: Lot 1 - Internal Audit: Internal Audit Service Of The Quality Management System, With The Aim Of Verifying The Correct Implementation Of The System, Identifying Deviations Or Incidents, And Proposing Improvements, In Compliance With The Une-En Iso 9001:2015 Standard. Lot 2 - External Certification Audit: External Audit Service Of The System, Carried Out By An Entity Accredited By Lenac, By To The Certification Or Renewal Of The Implemented Quality System. Lenac Is The National Accreditation Body Appointed By The Government In Application Of Regulation (Ce) Nº765/2008 Of The European Parliament And The Council, Of July 9, 2008, Which Regulates The Operation Of Accreditation In Europe. Bidding Companies Can Submit To One Or Two Lots, But They Can Only Be Awarded For One Of The Two Lots, In Order To Guarantee Independence And Impartiality Between Internal Audits And External
