Maintenance Service Contract For The Small Train Route And The Iron And Coal Route And The Campdevànol Rail Route.The Consortium Of The Greenways Of Girona Is A Public Entity Attached To The Provincial Council Of Girona, Being Its Object The Management Of The Different Routes That Make Up The Greenways Of Girona, As Well As The Maintenance And Improvement Of The Infrastructure, The Promotion Of Its Use And The Expansion Of The Network. The Consortium Of The Greenways Of Girona Has The Need To Contract The Maintenance Service Of The Routes That Link To Continuation And Which Will Be Distributed In The Following Lots:- Lot 1: Small Train Route- Lot 2: Iron And Coal Route, And The Camí Mader Campdevànowith The Aim Of Promoting The Socio-Labour Insertion Of Certain Groups At Risk Of Social Exclusion, Specifically Of People With Disabilities, The Contracting Of All Lots Is Reserved To Entities That Have The Condition Of Special Work Centers Social Initiative, In Accordance With The Fourth Additional Provision Regarding The Fourteenth Final Provision Of Law 9/2017, Of November 8, On Public Sector Contracts, And In Accordance With The Requirements Established In Legislative Decree 1/2013, Of November 29, Which Approves The Consolidated Text Of The General Law On The Right Of Persons With Disabilities And Their Inclusion, As Well As Its Deployment Regulations.
