As Part Of The Implementation Of The Investment Covered By The Subject Of The Order, It Is Necessary To: 1) Develop Design Documentation Which Should Include: A) Construction Design Consisting Of Three Parts: Plot Or Area Development Design, Architectural And Construction Design And Technical Design; B) Investors Cost Estimate; C) Detailed Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works; 2) Obtain All Legally Required Arrangements, Opinions, Derogations, Permits And Approvals Of Documentation, Including The Construction Permit.
