The Subject Of The Order Is Reconstruction Of Provincial Road No. 977 Along With The Construction Of A Sidewalk On The 140 Km Section 2 + 520 - 2 + 900 In The Towns Of Więcwice And Zborowice, Więcwice Commune.2. Scope Of The Order: The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Sidewalk On The Road Of A Provincial Road, Left Side, Together With A Curb Sewage From Two Rows Of Paving Stones, And The Construction Of Accompanying Infrastructure, Which Includes: 1) Reconstruction Of A Water Facility, I.E. A Roadside Ditch, Consisting Of: Profiling And Hardening The Bottom And Slopes Of The Ditch With Prefabricated Elements, And The Construction Of A Rainwater Drainage System With Drainage To Existing Culverts Located Under The Road Voivodeship Road, 2) Reconstruction Of Existing Individual And Public Exits, 3) Construction Of Curb-Road Street Inlets With Connection To A Reinforced, Tight Roadside Ditch Constituting A Closed Road Drainage System And To A Designed Rainwater Drainage System, 4) Construction Of A Rainwater Drainage System With Drainage To Existing Culverts Under The Voivodeship Road, 5) Construction Of A Service Channel, 6) Preparation Of A Design For Temporary Traffic Organization For The Duration Of Construction Works, 7) Execution Permanent Traffic Organization Project. The Entire Investment Is Located In The Road Area Of Provincial Road No. 977, Class G, In The Development Area In The Section 140 In Km 2+ 900 - 3+ 587. The Ordering Party Allows For A Local Inspection Of The Work Site In Order To Obtain Any Data That May Be Useful For Preparing The Offer As Well As Implementing And Settling The Subject Of The Contract. The Cost Of The On-Site Inspection Will Be Borne By The Contractor.3. As Part Of The Order, Construction Works And Activities Specified In The Design Documentation, Decisions And Conditions Must Be Performed, As Well As Auxiliary And Preparatory Works And Activities Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Order, I.E. Conducting Surveying Services, Performing The Required Tests And Checks, Creating And Maintaining Construction Facilities, Making Connections To Utilities For The Purposes Of Construction And Incurring The Costs Of Their Consumption, Preparing The Necessary Documentation Regarding The Works Being Carried Out, Etc., As Well As Cleaning Works In The Area In The Area Where The Works Are Being Carried Out. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out Work In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Including All Decisions, Provisions, Arrangements And Conditions. If It Is Necessary To Occupy The Road Lane, The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain From The Road Manager A Decision On The Occupation Of The Road Lane, Develop And Agree On A Traffic Organization Plan For The Duration Of Construction Works In The Road Lane. 3. All Materials From Demolition Are The Property Of The Ordering Party. The Contractor Will Ensure The Transport Of Demolition Materials To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party
