Modernization Of The Hot Water Installation - Replacement Of Domestic Hot Water Heaters. Replacement Of External Windows In The Building 28.01 M24. Replacement Of External Doors In The Building 4.99 M25. Insulation Of The Ceiling Above The Ground Floor 239.00 M26. Insulation Of External Walls 329.00 M27. Construction Of A Rain Garden8. Separating A Bathroom For Disabled People In The Building9. Installation Of An Additional Photovoltaic Installation With A Capacity Of 3.15 Kwp With An Energy Storage Capacity Of 5 Kwh. The Bill Of Quantities Is Part Of The Technical Documentation And Should Be Considered Together With The Project (Electrical Installations) And Stwiorb. The Bill Of Quantities Is Of An Auxiliary Nature And Does Not Constitute The Only Basis For Estimating The Value Of The Works By The Bidder. The Contractor Is Not Allowed To Combine The Bill Of Quantities Items. The Devices Used In The Project Can Be Replaced With Devices From Other Manufacturers, Provided That The Required Technical Parameters Of The Devices Used In The Design And The Required Technical Approvals Are Maintained. The Materials And Equipment Must Have The Required Approvals And Declarations Of Conformity. Allowing Them To Be Used In Construction. The Bill Of Quantities Is Only Auxiliary Material And Is Of Informative Nature For The Preparation Of The Valuation Due To The Lump-Sum Nature Of The Remuneration. Note!
