1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Investment Task Entitled: Replacement Of Insulation And Surfaces On Steel Drawbridge Spans On The Bridge In Gdańsk-Sobieszewo. 2. The Material Scope Of The Works Includes All Works, Activities And Works Necessary For The Implementation Of The Investment Task, Including In Particular: 1) Preparatory And Security Works (Including Development, Arrangements, Implementation Of The Temporary Traffic Organization, Quality Assurance Program And Technological Design); 2) Demolition Of The Existing Surface And Insulation Together With The Disposal Of Demolition Materials; 3) Execution Of New Surface And Insulation, Including Tests, Tests And Checks; 4) Handover Complete As-Built Documentation;5) During The Warranty Period, Twice-Annual (In Autumn And Spring) Inspection Of The Surface And Insulation, Including Ongoing Maintenance And Possible Repairs.3. The Detailed Scope Of The Order And The Terms Of Implementation Were Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz. The Remaining Conditions For The Execution Of The Contract Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz.
