The Bill Of Quantities Included In The Swz Is Of An Auxiliary Nature. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carefully Check The Number Of Works Against The Design Documentation. Due To The Fact That The Works Contract Will Be A Lump Sum Contract, In The Event Of A Larger Number Of Works In Any Item During The Works, It Cannot Be Considered Additional Works Requiring Additional Remuneration.
