The Scope Of Works Includes The Reconstruction Of The Municipal Road On Plot No. 35, Przystawa Registration Area, On The Section 0+000 Km To 0+831.41. Currently, The Surface Of The Road In Question Is Made Of Mineral And Asphalt Mixtures. Road Drainage Via Longitudinal And Transverse Slopes To Adjacent Areas And Ditches Remains Unchanged.4. The Task Should Include: 1) Preparatory And Demolition Works, 2) Cleaning And Profiling Of Ditches, 3) Replacement Of The Culvert And Construction Of Walls, 4) Construction Of Structural Layers In Accordance With Doc. Design, 5) Widening The Road In Accordance With Document Design, 6) Execution Of A Leveling Layer Of Aggregate In Accordance With Doc. Design,7) Execution Of The Binding Layer Of Ac16w Asphalt Concrete, Thickness 6 Cm,8) Making A Wearing Course Of Ac11s Asphalt Concrete, Thickness. 4 Cm,9) Reconstruction Of Existing Exits Within The Border Of The Road,10) Construction Of Roadsides Made Of Aggregate From The Crushing Of Solid Rock,11) Topsoil And Grassing Of Roadsides And Slopes,12) Installation Of An Information Board Made Of A Composite Board Reinforced With Sheet Metal With A Metal Frame (1 Pc.) Measuring 140X100 Cm - The Pattern (Inscription) Of The Board And The Place Of Installation Will Be Provided Contractors During The Implementation Of The Task.5. Transport The Demolition Material In The Form Of Jomb Boards To The Indicated Place And Hand Them Over To The Ordering Party.6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure Vehicle Access To The Properties Adjacent To The Road In Question Throughout The Entire Period Of Construction Works.7. It Is Recommended That The Contractor Inspect The Site Of Construction Works In Order To Obtain Information Necessary To Prepare The Offer, Conclude The Contract And Perform The Order.8. The Subject Of The Order Was Specified In The Design Documentation, Which Is The Basis For Determining The Price, Including: 1) Land Development Design And Technical Design Reconstruction Of The Municipal Road On Plot No. 35 In Przystawy, 2) Documentation Of Soil Tests, 3) Detailed Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Reconstruction Of The Municipal Road On Plot No. 35 In Przystawy, 4) Bills Of Quantities - As An Auxiliary Element, 5) Specification Of The Terms Of Order.9.
