The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Construction Works In The Design And Build Formula, Consisting In The Construction Of A Warehouse For The Needs Of Civil Protection And Civil Defense In The City Of Ustroń, Which Has The Status Of A Health Resort Within The Administrative Boundaries Of The City, As Part Of The Investment Task Entitled Creation Of A Municipal Civil Protection Warehouse Co-Financed By The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Prepare Design Documentation And Then, Based On It, Will Perform Construction Works Related To The Construction Of A Warehouse Hall In A Steel Structure Made Of Sandwich Panels With Increased Fire Resistance. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Development Of Complete Full-Sector Design Documentation, In Accordance With The Scope And Guidelines Indicated In The Program Functional And Utility Agreement, Hereinafter Referred To As Ffu, For The Design Documentation, Including: Obtaining All Arrangements, Opinions, Conditions, Reports, Permits, Permits, Administrative Decisions And Consents Necessary To Complete The Investment Task In Question, In Accordance With The Ordering Partys Requirements; 2) After Acceptance By The Ordering Party - Submitting The Design Documentation To The District Office In Cieszyn And Obtaining, On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, A Final Building Permit Decision Required By The Act Of July 7 1994 Construction Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 524, As Amended) - The Contractor Will Be Granted An Appropriate Power Of Attorney, 3) Performance Of Construction Works In The Subject Task Together With The Equipment Of The Facility, Based On The Design Documentation Prepared By The Contractor, Relevant Legal Provisions, Together With Obtaining A Final Decision On The Permit To Use The Facility (If Required) Or Effective Reporting The Completion Of Construction Works To The Appropriate Unit Of The Construction Supervision Office. The Basis For The Preparation Of Design Documentation And Implementation Of Construction Works That Are The Subject Of The Contract Will Be The Conditions And Requirements Contained In The Fup, Issued Administrative Decisions And Applicable Legal Provisions Governing The Obtaining Of The Necessary Permits, Permits, Consents, Notifications And Arrangements As Well As The Implementation Of Construction Works In Accordance With The Law. All Works Will Be Agreed On An Ongoing Basis With The Ordering Party And The Investor Supervision Inspector, And The Construction Facilities The Contractor Will Provide Himself With The Technical Documentation. The Contractor Undertakes To Prepare The Technical Documentation In Paper Version (Technical Documentation, Cost Estimates, Bills Of Quantities And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works - Two Copies Each) And Electronic Version (Files In .Pdf And .Dxf Or .Dwg Format, Cost Estima
