The Task Includes, Among Others: - Reconstruction And Renovation Of The Basement Part Of The Building, - Construction Of External Stairs To The Basement Rooms, - Construction Of A Sidewalk, - Reconstruction Of The Conflicting Stormwater Sewage Connection; The Contractor Is Responsible For: - Preparation Of As-Built Documentation Along With A Surveying Inventory As-Built, - Submitting A Notification On Behalf Of The Investor About The Completion Of Construction And, In Cases Required By Law, Carrying Out The Procedure For Obtaining An Occupancy Permit, Based On The Granted Power Of Attorney, - Making And Installing A One-Sided Board Informing About The Co-Financing With Dimensions 120X80 Cm.2.
