The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction And Modernization Of The Atrium Building At The Road Border Crossing In Grzechotki, 14-500 Braniewo, Consisting In Particular Of: 1) Securing Internal Glass Walls Not Intended For Demolition, 2) Dismantling And Disposal Of External Aluminum Glazing, 3) Renovating The Existing Steel Structure, 4) Making A New Roof Covering For The Connector Made Of Roof Sandwich Panels, 5) Making New Glazing Along The Entire Height Of The External Walls From The Open Atrium Side (Ground Floor And Basement) Using The Existing Aluminum Structure, Meeting The Applicable Thermal Insulation Requirements,6) Carrying Out Sheet Metal Work On The Roof And Glass Walls,7) Performing Mechanical Exhaust Ventilation (Hybrid) Of The Rooms,8) Constructing A Technical Platform In The Unused Attic Zone,9) Dismantling And Disposal Of Multi-Wall Polycarbonate Panels And Reconstruction Of Roof Coverings With New Cellular Polycarbonate Panels,10) Renovation Of The Existing Steel Structure,11) Filling In Any Gaps In The Walls/Ceilings Of Neighboring Buildings, Especially In Places Of Long-Term Leaks,12) Adapting The Lighting And Fire Alarm Installations To The Intended Ceilings Of The Rooms.2. A Detailed Description And Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Design Documentation And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works - Annexes No. 6.1 - 6.23 And 7 To The Specification Of The Terms Of The Order, Hereinafter Referred To As The Swz. The Bill Of Quantities Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz Is Treated Only As Illustrative Material And Does Not Constitute A Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Within The Meaning Of Art. 103 Pzp.3. Design Documentation Or Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works May Indicate Trademarks Or Origin For Certain Materials, Products, Equipment Or Devices. The Ordering Party Allows The Offer Of Materials, Products, Elements Of Equipment Or Devices Equivalent To Those Indicated In The Design Documentation Or Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Provided That They Guarantee The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Decisions Obtained, Ensure That Parameters Are At Least At The Same Level As Those Assumed In The Design Documentation Or Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, And Are Not Inferior In Terms Of: 1) Functional Character Understood As Identity Of Function, 2) Technical Parameters Understood As Strength And Durability,3) Safety Parameters Of Use.4. In Each Case When The Ordering Party Refers To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems In The Swz, Solutions Equivalent To Those Described Are Allowed.5. All Materials And Products Used During The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Must Be New And Meet The Marking And Conformity Assessment Requirements
