The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In Changing The Use Of Part Of The Building Of The Primary School No. 2 In Zamość At 15 Lwowska Street With Its Ultimate Purpose As Rooms Of The Municipal Kindergarten No. 10 In Zamość As Part Of The Investment Task Called Adaptation Of The Taken Over Rooms Of The Municipal Kindergarten No. 10 To Health And Safety And Fire Protection Conditions2. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 2.1. Scope Of Works Related To Adapting The Facility To Fire Protection Regulations - Masonry Works - Door Joinery - Plastering And Painting Works - Installation Culverts - Equipment2.2. The Scope Of Work Resulting From The Investors Recommendations - Demolition Works - Masonry Works - Plastering And Painting Works - Renovation Of Sanitary Facilities - Terracotta Tiles System Walls - Water And Sewage Installations, Central Heating - Electrical Installations - Partition Walls - Door Joinery - Delivery And Installation Of Wall Air Conditioners - Casing Of Radiators And Window Sills - Floors - Electrical Installations3. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Principles Of Modern Technical Knowledge, Applicable Regulations And Standards, And The Content Of The As-Built Documentation Should Be Adapted To The Specificity And Nature Of The Investment Task. 4. A Detailed Description Of The Execution And Scope Of Works Is Included In The Design And Cost Estimate Documentation And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Constituting Annexes To The Swz, In Polish Standards Or Technical Approvals, Technical Conditions For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, And In The Draft Contract, Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz.5. The Ordering Party Informs That The Names Of Manufacturers, Trademarks, Patents Or Origins, Sources Or Specific Processes Appearing In The Design Documentation In Relation To The Required Materials, Devices, Equipment Or Goods - Recommends That They Be Treated As Examples And Allows The Use Of Equivalent Materials And Devices In The Execution Of The Order, Provided That They Guarantee Obtaining Technical, Functional And Operational Parameters Not Worse Than Those Assumed In The Design Documentation. These Changes Are To Be Beneficial For The Ordering Party, E.G. They Will Reduce Operation And Maintenance Costs, Improve Technical Parameters, And Update The Solutions Due To Technological Progress And Changes In Applicable Regulations. The Equivalent Materials Used Must Correspond To The Technical And Qualitative Characteristics Of The Materials And Devices Indicated In The Technical Documentation, And Have Appropriate Approvals, Certificates And Technical Approvals.
