The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Development Of Public Space Located On The Plot With Registration Number 89/2, District: 0015 Radliniec As Part Of The Budget Task Entitled Development Of The Recreational Area In Radliniec, With The Residents Own Contribution To The Project Implementation. The Works Included In The Scope Of The Order Include In Particular: - Renovation Of The Dugout, - Renovation Of The Well, - Construction Of A Shelter With Hardening, - Supplementation Of The Fence. Implementation Of The Task Titled Development Of The Recreational Area In Radliniec Is Co-Financed By The Wielkopolska Voivodeship Local Government As Part Of The Wielkopolska Rural Renewal 2020+ Program As Part Of The 16Th Edition Of The Wielkopolska Village Becomes More Beautiful Competition. Due To The Above, As Part Of The Implementation Of The Scope Provided For In The Design Documentation, Residents Will Free Of Charge Allocate Their Work, Equipment And Materials For The Implementation Of The Task To The Extent Provided Below. Work Performed By Residents Is Included In The Design Documentation, But Is Not Included In The Bid Cost Estimate And Bill Of Quantities. The Bidder Does Not Price The Work And Material Provided By Residents. The Residents Work Will Include: - Clearing The Area, - Cleaning The Area, - Cleaning The Dugout, - Helping In Setting Up The Fence. (The Above-Mentioned Works Will Be Carried Out Using A Loader, 2 Tractors With A Trailer And A Tractor With A Cultivator.) - Planting Flowers. The Certificate Of The Średzki Starosta Of April 17, 2026, Ref. Ab.6743.143.2026, Authorizes The Investor To Start Construction Works. The Works Performed By The Residents Indicated Above Are Not The Subject Of A Public Procurement And Are Not Subject To Valuation By The Contractor. The Contractor Is Solely Responsible For The Performance Of The Works Included In The Offer Cost Estimate/Bill Of Quantities And The Remaining Scope Clearly Assigned To Him In The Procurement Documents. The Ordering Party Will Ensure That The Residents Work Is Carried Out On Time And To The Extent Enabling The Proper Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order By The Contractor. The Contractor Is Not Responsible For The Quality, Timeliness Or Consequences Of Non-Performance Or Improper Performance Of The Residents Work, Unless Such An Obligation Is Expressly Provided For In The Contract. Due To The Fact That Part Of The Work Has Been Or Will Be Performed By The Residents, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Coordinate The Work Performed By The Residents Only To The Extent Of Agreeing On A Schedule For Entering The Work Site And Ensuring Collision-Free Implementation Of Its Own Scope Of Work. This Coordination Does Not Cover The Contractors Liability For The Quality, Timeliness Or Safety Of Work Performed By Persons Who Are Not The Contractors Or Its Subcontractors Staff.
