The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of Equipment For Vocational Laboratories In The School Complex In Rudnik Nad Sanem As Part Of The Project Qualified Professionals In Niżański County. The Order Was Divided Into 2 Parts: Part 1 - Virtual Laboratory - Annex No. 3 Opz For Part 1 A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order For Each Part Can Be Found In Annex No. 3 - Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Minimum Warranty Period Is 24 Months. The Ordering Party Does Not Limit The Number Of Parts That May Be Awarded To One Contractor. The Contractor May Submit An Offer For Any Number Of Parts. If The Ordering Party Used Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, They Should Be Understood As Exemplary Minimum Parameters Expected By The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Equivalent Solutions Approved For Use. The Ordering Party Will Consider Solutions As Equivalent If Their Application Does Not Change The Described Technical Parameters Of The Subject Of Delivery. In The Event That The Ordering Party Referred To The Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Act, The Ordering Party Indicates That They Should Be Understood As Examples. The Ordering Party, In Accordance With Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Act Allows In Each Case The Use Of Solutions Equivalent To Those Described In The Content Of The Swz And Its Annexes. Each Time A Standard, Technical Assessment, Technical Specification Or Reference System Referred To In Art.
