Part No. 1 - Delivery And Assembly Of Laboratory Furniture For The Department Of Physics And Biophysics, Ul. Wojska Polskiego 38/42, Poznań, Room 151 And 153. The Subject Of The Order In Part No. 1 Is The Purchase And Delivery Of Laboratory Furniture For The Department Of Physics And Biophysics Of The University Of Applied Sciences, Including Their Transportation, Assembly, Connection To The Electrical Installation, And Execution Of Water And Sewage Installation Approaches (If Necessary)3. The Subject Of The Order Was Described In Detail In The Price Form (Annex No. 2 To The Swz), Which Is Also A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Respectively For Part No. 1 And In Chapter 5 Of The Swz.4. The Contractor Will Deliver The Subject Of The Order Using Its Own Transport, At Its Own Expense And Risk. The Contractor Is Obliged To Bring The Subject Of The Order To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party. After Completing The Assembly Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Remove All Packaging Of The Delivered Furniture At His Own Expense.5. Applies To Part No. 1:1. The Contractor Will Provide A Minimum 24-Month Warranty On The Subject Of The Order. The Warranty Period Is Counted From The Date Of Signing The Delivery And Acceptance Protocol Without Any Reservations By Both Parties.
