Part 1 - Transport Of Children To Schools In The Ełk Commune Based On Purchased Monthly Tickets, Along With Providing Care During Transport. The Order For Part 1 Was Divided Into 5 Tasks, The Implementation Of Which Requires A Minimum Of 7 Buses And 2 Minibuses: - 1 Bus With At Least Number Of Seats - 64 - 3 Buses With Min. Number Of Seats - 45 - 1 Bus With Min. Number Of Seats - 46 (Reserve) - 2 Buses With Min. Number Of Seats - 42 - 1 Bus With Min. Number Of Seats - 18 - 1 Bus With Min. Number Of Seats - 5 The Ordering Party Allows Vehicles With A Larger Or Smaller Number Of Seats, Provided That All Transported Children Are Provided With Seats Adapted To The Technical Condition Of Roads In The Ełk Commune. Additional Requirements Regarding The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order: 1) The Contractor Will Transport Students To Schools On School Days Based On Sold Monthly Tickets. In The Event Of Changes In The Organization Of Classes Consisting Of: Shortening Study Hours Or Other Reasons, E.G. School Celebrations. The Contractor Will Be Notified By The Ordering Party About The Change In The Date Of Transport Or Pick-Up Of Students At Least 1 Day Before The Planned Change.2) The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Transport Services In Insured And Technically Efficient Buses, With Current Technical Tests Allowing Them To Be Used In Traffic, With The Number Of Seats Corresponding To The Number Of Children Transported, In Accordance With The List Of Vehicles Presented In The Contractors Offer Form. If The Number Of Children Increases On The Day Of The Start Of School Classes, All Children Will Be Provided With Seats On The Bus.3) Transport Will Be Settled On The Basis Of The Gross Price Of 1 Monthly Ticket For All Tasks Given By The Contractor In The Offer.4) The Service Will Be Provided Using Means Of Transport That Meet The Required Technical Conditions, In Accordance With The Relevant Legal Provisions, Ensuring Maximum Safety, Hygiene And Comfort Of The Transported Persons. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Subject Of The Order Using Means Of Transport Meeting The Requirements Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of December 31, 2002 On The Technical Conditions Of Vehicles And The Scope Of Necessary Equipment.5) During Transport, The Contractor Must Provide An Appropriate Number Of Seats For Each Child In The Bus, Appropriate To Each Task.6) During The Autumn And Winter Period, Vehicles Transporting Children Must Be Heated.7) The Ordering Party Must Provide The Appropriate Number Of Seats For Each Child During Transport, Depending On Each Task.6) During The Autumn And Winter Period, Vehicles Transporting Children Must Be Heated.
