The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Deliveries Of Light Fuel Oil For Heating Two Buildings Of The Social Welfare Home In Warzyn In The Second Half Of 2026, Warzyn 1, 88-140 Gniewkowo, Grade L-1 According To The Polish Standard Pn-C-96024:2020-12, Intended For Heating Purposes In A Planned Amount Of Up To 25,000 Liters. 2. Cpv Code: 09135100-5 – Heating Oil.3. Fuel Oil Must Have The Following Parameters: 1) Calorific Value Not Less Than 42.6 Mj/Kg; 2) Density At 15° C Max. 860 Kg/M3;3) Ignition Temperature Min. 56° C;4) Kinematic Viscosity At 20° C Not Higher Than 6.00 Mm2/S;5) Fractional Composition Up To 250° C Distills Max. 65% (V/V), Up To 350° C Distills Min. 85% (V/V);6) Pour Point Max. –20° C;7) Coking Residue (From 10% Of Distillation Residue) Max. 0.3% (M/M);8) Residue After Ashing Max. 0.01% (M/M);9) Sulfur Content Not More Than 0.1% (M/M);10) Water Content Not More Than 200 Mg/Kg;11) Solid Impurities Content Not More Than 24 Mg/Kg;12) Red Color.4. The Subject Of The Order Includes Loading, Transport To The Destination And Pumping Of Fuel Oil. The Contractor Will Deliver The Ordered Heating Oil Using Its Own Transport. 5. Light Fuel Oil Will Be Delivered Successively According To Notifications Containing The Date, Quantity And Place Of Delivery, Sent By An Authorized Person From The Social Welfare Home In Warzyna, Via E-Mail To The Contractors E-Mail Address. With Each Delivery, The Contractor Will Attach A Copy Of The Quality Certificate For The Delivered Light Fuel Oil. 6. The Contractor Must Have A Current Third Party Liability Insurance Policy, Which Will Cover Liabilities For Damage Caused By Improper Delivery And Unloading Of Fuel Throughout The Duration Of The Contract.
