The Detailed Scope And Description Of The Subject Of The Order Are Included In The Following Annexes To The Swz: - Draft Provisions Of The Contract - Annex No. 3 To Swz, Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex No. 4 To The Swz, Documentation - Annex No. 6 To The Swz. Required Warranty Period: The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A Warranty For The Completed Design Documentation Covering The Period Of The Contractors Liability Under The Warranty For Defects In The Facility Or Works Performed On The Basis Of This Documentation, Counting 3 Years From The Receipt Of The Design Documentation Being The Subject Of The Contract, Or Grants A Warranty For The Period From The Date Of Commencement Of The Investment To The Date One Month After The End Of The Warranty Period Granted By The Contractor Of Construction Works, In The Event Of The Ordering Party Commencing The Investment, Depending On Which Period Is Longer.
