The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Transport Services For Students Residing In The Goczalkowice-Zdrój Commune To: • Primary School No. 1 In Gopałkowice-Zdrój, Ul. Powstańców Śląskich 3• Special School Complex No. 3 In Pszczyna, Ul. Zamenhofa 5, • School Complex No. 4 In Czechowice-Dziedzice, Ul. Nad Białka 1. The Services Will Be Provided On School Days From September 1, 2026 To June 25, 2027. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Order Additional Courses On Other Days, After Notifying The Contractor And Obtaining His Approval. The Terms Of Remuneration For These Transports Will Be Determined Individually Based On The Applicable Unit Rates Indicated In The Agreement. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Appendix No. 1 To The Swz.
