The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Organization And Conduct Of Six Two-Day Training Courses Entitled: Improving The Level Of Personal Safety Of A Social Worker While Performing Professional Activities.2. Target Group: Social Workers Employed In Social Welfare Centers, Social Service Centers And District Family Support Centers. The Training Fulfills The Obligation Of Art. 121 Section 2C Of The Act On Social Assistance.3. The Aim Of The Training Is: 1) To Increase The Level Of Personal Safety While Performing Professional Activities Of Social Workers (Employed In Social Welfare Centers, Social Service Centers, District Family Support Centers), 2) To Acquire Participants Knowledge About Social Work Safety, Recognizing Potential Threat Situations And The Desired Course Of Action In Such Situations, 3) To Increase Social Workers Awareness Of Potential Threats And To Provide Them With Practical Tools And Strategies That Will Allow Them To Take Better Care Of Their Safety And Remain Calm In Difficult Intervention Situations, 4) To Acquire Knowledge Regarding Statutory Conditions Acting Within The State Of Necessary Defense, As Well As Responsibility For Exceeding Its Limits.4.
