A Forklift That Has Previously Been Used For Demonstration Purposes Or Shows Signs Of Use Is Not Permitted. The Material And Financial Scope Of The Order Includes: - Delivery Of The Forklift To The Ordering Partys Headquarters And Performance Of An Operational Test, - Training Of 2 Operators In The Use Of The Delivered Forklift, - Provision Of Warranty Documents For The Forklift, - Performance Of Other Obligations Arising From The Concluded Sales Contract.
