Part I - Delivery Of Fresh Bread And Confectionerywheat, Rye And Mixed Bakery Products And Confectionery Products Should Have The Following Quality Characteristics: 1 Fresh Produced Within 12 Hours Until Delivery To The Ordering Party; 2 Regular Shape (Not Spilled, Not Crushed, Not Torn); 3 Skin Not Separating From The Crumb, Not Dirty, Not Burnt; 4 Dry Crumb With Clearly Proper Porosity, Without Stain, Without Contamination And The Presence Of Lumps Of Flour Or Salt;5 Crumb With Appropriate Taste (Not Bitter, Not Too Sour, Too Salty Or Not Salty). The Products Should Be Without Mechanical Damage, Without Traces Of Mold And Foreign Odors.
