The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Transport Services In The Field Of Regular Passenger Transport On A Public Transport Line, By The Ordering Partys Electric Bus With A Mobile Charger, Which Will Run In The Jedlina-Zdrój Commune. The Jedlina-Zdrój Commune Is The Organizer Of Public Collective Transport Within The Meaning Of Art. 4 Section 1 Point 9 Of The Act On Public Transport. The Contractor Selected Under The Procedure In Question Will Provide Transport Services As A Public Transport Operator Using An Electric Bus Owned By The Jedlina-Zdrój Commune, Provided Free Of Charge By The Ordering Party For The Duration Of The Contract, On Communication Line No. 1 Entitled Apple Pie In The Jedlina-Zdrój Commune. In The Event Of A Breakdown Of The Vehicle Provided By The Ordering Party, Transport Will Be Performed With A Replacement Vehicle Provided By The Contractor. Planned Number Of Vehicle Kilometers To Be Performed During The Contract Period, I.E. From August 1, 2026. Until July 31, 2027 (Excluding Access And Exit Kilometers) Is Approx. 33,610.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In The Swz Attachment - Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Other Details Of The Order Are Included In The Draft Contract Constituting An Annex To The Swz. The Ordering Partys Bus, Which Will Provide The Service, Was Purchased As Part Of A Grant And Loan From The National Fund For Environmental Protection And Water Management Under The Priority Program No. 6.3 Zero-Emission Transport Green Public Transport. All Indicated Attachments Constitute An Integral Part Of The Swz. 3. The Subject Of The Contract Consists Of A Basic Order (33,610 Km) And An Order Covered By The Option Law Referred To In The Act Of September 11, 2019 - Public Procurement Law. The Option Right Is The Possibility Of Increasing The Scope Of Services Provided Under The Contract By A Maximum Of 6,722 Km.
