1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Meals In Accordance With The Principles Of The Haccp System And The Act Of 25 August 2006 On Food And Nutrition Safety (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1448, As Amended) And Regulation (Ec) No. 852/2004 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 29 April 2004 On The Hygiene Of Foodstuffs, With Division For Diets According To The Orders Of Individual Departments Of The Hospital.2. Providing Nutritional Services By Preparing And Transporting Them To The Hospital, And Preparing Them For Distribution To Departments, Delivering Meals To Individual Hospital Departments And Coordinating The Proper Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order.3. The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Performed Seven Days A Week, Including Holidays And Public Holidays.4. The Hospital Has Hospital Departments With A Total Number Of Beds Of 122: A) Gynecological Department 15 B) General Surgery Ward With An Intensive Medical Supervision Room And An Orthopedic Subward 26 C) Internal Medicine Ward With An Intensive Cardiological Supervision Room 30 D) Childrens Ward 17 E) Palliative Care Ward 11 F) Rehabilitation Ward 15G) Geriatrics Subward 8 5.
