The Subject Of The Order Is To Provide Comprehensive Investor Supervision For The Municipal Building At Ul. Marywilska 44D. The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Performing The Function Of An Investors Supervision Inspector Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of The Act Of July 7, 1994 Construction Law; 2) Handling The Investment Within The Scope Specified In This Agreement, Including Coordination Of Industry Supervision And Controlling The Settlements Of The Investment With The Investment Contractor As Well As With Its Subcontractors; 3) Handling The Warranty Period And The Five-Year Warranty, I.E.: A) Supervision Over The Removal Of Defects/Faults Found During The Final Acceptance Of The Works And Defects/Faults During The Warranty/Warranty Period And Protocol Confirmation Of Them Removal; B) Carrying Out Warranty Inspections With The Participation Of The Ordering Party During The Period Of Quality Guarantee Granted By The Investment Contractor And The Five-Year Warranty, Including, Among Others: Assessing Defects/Faults Along With Estimating The Costs Of Their Removal.
