Work Detail
Tenders are invited for Development and Delivery of Gamified Financial Literacy Summer Camps for Youth. Closing Date: Friday, 24. Jul 2026 Intervention Sector(s): Development, Social & Cultural Development Remuneration range: < 1000 (USD) ABOUT INJAZ LEBANON INJAZ Lebanon is a non-profit organization and member of Junior Achievement Worldwide, committed to preparing youth with entrepreneurship, employability, and financial literacy skills to succeed in life and work. ABOUT FinFit PROGRAM The FinFit Program, supported by the MetLife Foundation grant, aims to equip youth with essential financial literacy knowledge and entrepreneurship skills through engaging online learning experiences. The target participants are high school students. Sessions are designed to be interactive, practical, and youth-friendly. OBJECTIVE As part of FinFits outreach activities, INJAZ Lebanon will organize two (2) gamified summer camps for youth aged 1118 based on FinFits existing nine-module financial literacy curriculum. INJAZ Lebanon is seeking a qualified consultant or firm to transform the existing curriculum into engaging, interactive, and age-appropriate learning experiences tailored for two age groups within the 1118 range, without developing new content. The Consultant will adapt and sequence the modules into two coherent two-day summer camps (5 hours per day), ensuring the content addresses financial concepts and money-management behaviors both before and during/after Lebanons economic crisis, enabling youth to compare and apply sound financial decision-making across both contexts. The Consultant will also develop facilitator guides and supporting materials to ensure consistent delivery of the gamified curriculum and conduct a short online Training of Trainers (ToT) to equip INJAZ-selected facilitators with the knowledge and skills needed to independently deliver the summer camps. SCOPE OF WORK The Consultant will adapt and gamify the nine existing FinFit modules for delivery across two (2) summer camps, structured as follows: Duration: 2 days per camp, 5 hours per day (10 contact hours per camp; 20 contact hours total). Target audience: Youth aged 1118 (the Consultant may propose age-banded tracks, e.g., 1114 and 1518, if pedagogically appropriate). Content must be gamified: incorporating game mechanics such as points, levels, badges, simulations, role-play, team challenges, and interactive digital or physical tools built on the existing module content rather than new subject matter. Content must address financial literacy concepts both before and within the context of the economic crisis, enabling participants to compare and contrast financial behaviors, tools, and decision-making across both periods. Deliverables must include a full facilitator/trainer guide, participant materials/handouts, gamification tools (e.g., game boards, cards, digital simulations, scoring systems), and a pre/post assessment tool to measure learning outcomes. DURATION AND TIMELINE The assignment is expected to be completed within approximately five (5) weeks from the date of contract signature, inclusive of gamification of the existing modules, review/revision cycles, and delivery of the online ToT. The exact schedule will be agreed upon with INJAZ Lebanon at the inception stage and must accommodate the intended summer camp delivery dates. QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED The Consultant (individual or firm) should demonstrate: Proven experience designing gamified or experiential learning content, ideally in financial literacy, life skills, or youth education. Experience adapting existing curricula/content into gamified formats for youth in the 1118 age range. Demonstrated experience conducting Training of Trainers (ToT) or similar capacity-building sessions for facilitators/educators, including online delivery. Familiarity with the Lebanese context and the economic crisis, and its implications for household and youth financial behavior. Strong written and spoken command of Arabic and English. Prior experience working with NGOs, donor-funded programs, or youth-serving organizations is an asset. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS Interested consultants/firms are requested to submit: A technical proposal outlining the proposed gamification methodology and workplan for adapting the 9 existing modules. A financial proposal/budget breakdown covering content gamification and ToT delivery. CV(s) of the lead consultant/team and relevant portfolio samples (e.g., past gamified curricula, training materials). How to apply Submission of Proposals Interested consultants/firms are invited to submit their technical and financial proposals to INJAZ Lebanons FinFit Program team through the following Google Form: https://forms.gle/zVuvT4acv78MfFdf9 Submission deadline: July 24, 2026 at 5:00 pm This ToR is issued by INJAZ Lebanon under the FinFit Program, funded by the MetLife Foundation. INJAZ Lebanon reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal, and to request revisions or clarifications from applicants prior to final selection.
