Tenders are invited for Supply of Cabrio 250 EC (Pyraclostrobin 250 G/L) Fungicide for the Control of Coffee Berry Disease (Colletotrichum Kahawae) and Coffee Leaf Rust (Hemileia Vastatrix) in Rwanda. The Coffee Exporters and Processors Association in Rwanda (CEPAR), through the CEPAR Fertilizer and Pesticide Fund, invites eligible and qualified bidders to submit sealed bids for the supply of 800 litres of Cabrio 250 EC (Pyraclostrobin 250 g/L) fungicide. Tender Details Quantity: 800 litres Application Period: October 2026 (Season 2027A) Delivery Date: On or before 30 September 2026 Delivery Terms: CIP Kigali (NAEB Warehouse, Gikondo) Transport, insurance, customs clearance, and delivery shall be borne by the supplier. Offloading shall be the responsibility of the supplier. Payment Terms: 100% payment after successful delivery.
