Tenders are invited for Supply Bottled Drinking Water to Sampath Bank Plc (Island Wide Network). Sampath Bank PLC invites sealed tenders from reputed manufacturers, authorized producers, bottling companies, and principal distributors for the supply of 19-Litre Bottled Drinking Water along with Water Dispensers with Hot and Cool options and 500ml Bottled Drinking Water (Glass Bottles) for its island-wide branch network. Bidders should have proven experience and the capacity to ensure reliable and uninterrupted supply and service. Present Requirement - Approximately 10 bottles of 19L drinking water per week per business unit on an island-wide basis. B) 500ml Glass Water Bottles - Tenderers are required to submit following Details: a. Price per bottle (in Rs. Excluding Tax) b. Unit prices for related accessories, where applicable (e.g. crates, empty bottles, etc.) Present Requirement - Approximately 1,500 units of 500ml glass bottled drinking water per week for Head Office requirements. Additional Requirements Tenderers shall separately provide: Details of any additional terms and conditions (e.g. conditions relating to the provision and maintenance of water dispensers) List of major corporate customers presently served. Confirmation of ability to supply the estimated quantities specified above. Response time for repair and replacement of faulty dispensers. Copies of valid and relevant certifications, including but not limited to: SLS Certification. Registration with Government Food Control Administration Unit. ISO 22000/HACCP Food Safety Certification (where available). Recent water quality test reports issued by accredited laboratories. Any environmental or sustainability certifications. Service providers selected for any of the aforementioned services will be required to register with Sampath Bank PLC as approved suppliers for the provision of services during the period 2026-2028. A non-refundable supplier registration fee of Rs. 7,500.00 must be submitted in the form of a Pay Order, together with the completed registration documents.
