The Subject Of The Order Is The Realization Of A Steam Connection For Supplying The Kněžskodvorská Childrens Polyclinic Building In České Budějovice With Thermal Energy. The Proposed Steam Pipeline Connection Will Be Installed From The Existing Steam Pipeline From Kněžskodvorská Street. The Connection Is Designed In An Above-Ground Design. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of A Steam-Water Heat Exchanger Station, Which Will Be Located In The Building Of The Kněžskodvorská Childrens Polyclinic, While The Steam-Water Exchanger Station Will Be Used To Supply Heating Water To The Central Heating Circuits And Prepare Hot Domestic Water For The Kněžskodvorská Childrens Polyclinic Building. The Exchange Station Is Located On The 1St Floor Of The Building. The Station Is Designed Without Steam Reduction And Two Exchangers Are Connected To The Full Steam Pressure From The Steam Pipeline Directly Without A Steam Distributor. A Valve With An Emergency Function Is Located At The Exchanger Inlet. The Contract Also Includes The Delivery And Assembly Of All Components Given By The Project Documentation, Which Was Prepared By Ing. Šárka Francová. The Subject Of This Contract Is The Supply And Installation Of Steam And Condensate Pipelines And The Related Earthworks To The Extent Necessary For The Installation Of Pipelines Incl. Retrofitting Of Affected Areas By Construction. The Contracting Authority Warns The Bidder That The Zd Does Not Include A Statement Of Dimensions Of The Construction Part, So It Is Necessary To Estimate These Construction/Earthworks Separately. Part Of The Contract Also Includes Geodetic Activities Consisting In Setting Out The Construction Before Its Commencement, Surveying The Actual Execution, Including The Preparation Of An Appropriate Number Of Geometric Plans As A Basis For Depositing The Right Of Easement In The Real Estate Cadastre, And Setting Up The Construction Site On Site At The Discretion Of The Contractor And Discussions With The Land Owner.
