Persons Who Have Previously Completed A Professional Qualification Can Be Selected For The Training, Either On The Basis Of A Driving License Or A Basic Professional Qualification Completed In The Training. Before Starting The Actual Procurement Procedure, The Procurement Entity Can Carry Out A Market Survey In Order To Prepare The Procurement And Provide Information To Suppliers About Its Plans And Requirements For The Future Procurement. In The Market Survey, The Procurement Entity Can Use Independent Experts, Other Authorities Or Suppliers. And Making Sustainable Procurements, And To Secure Equal Opportunities For Companies And Other Communities To Offer Goods, Services And Construction Contracts In Public Procurement Tenders.
