Tenders Are Invited For Procurement Of Maauimalas Rooftop Multi-Game Platform

The City Of Riihimäki (Hereafter The Customer Or Procurement Entity) Is Requesting An Offer In Accordance With This Request For Tender And The Documents Attached To It For The Multi-Game Platform To Be Placed On The Roof Deck Of The Swimming Pool. The Purchase Includes, As An Option, The Installation Of A Multi-Game Platform On The Roof Platform Of The Beach. The Customer Independently Decides On The Implementation Of The Option In Connection With The Procurement Decision. The Total Zoned Extent Of The Multiplayer Platform And The Colors Zoned For The Area Are Indicated In Appendix 2 Of The Request For Tender. The Substrate Must Be A Water-Permeable Entity Assembled From Separate Tiles, Suitable For Year-Round Weather Conditions. This Requires That The Substrate Is Usable Even When It Is Wet. The Product Must Also Be Flexible To The Extent That It Adapts To The Shapes Of The Height Deviations Of The Installation Platform. According To The Preliminary Schedule Of The Procurement, The Platform Must Be Implemented By The End Of November 2026 At The Latest. The Final Delivery Schedule Is Agreed Between The Customer And The Selected Supplier. The Competition Is Carried Out Using An Open Procedure. In This Purchase, The Lowest Price Is Used As The Basis For The Overall Economic Advantage, The Minimum Requirements Set For Quality Allow Comparison Only On Price. Based On The Competition, One (1) Supplier Meeting The Minimum Requirements Who Offered The Lowest Price Will Be Selected As The Contract Supplier. The Customer Requires That The Bidder Must Have Familiarized Himself With The Construction Site Before Submitting The Bid. The Content Of The Bid Must Be In Accordance With The Request For Bids And Its Appendices, And The Object Of Procurement Must Comply With The Quality Levels And Requirements Specified In This Request For Bids. The Offerors Own Contract Conditions May Not Be Attached To The Offer. The Standard Conditions, Reservations Or Other Conditions Stated By The Tenderer That Contradict The Request For Tender And Its Annexes Are Null And Void.
