In The Course Of The Procurement, It Is Planned To Order A Cadastral Survey According To The Detailed Plan Of The Area Between Rägavere Tee And Ööbiku Street Established By The Rakvere City Councils Decision No. 35 Of April 22, 2026 And The Land Management Plan Prepared By The Rakvere City Government. The Planning Solution Provides For The Formation Of 26 Plots From The Cadastral Units Rägavere Tee 52, Kajaka Tn 23 And Kajaka Tn 25. Since One Plot Is Partially Formed From The Linnamets Cadastral Unit, The Linnamets Cadastral Unit Is Divided Into Five Cadastral Units According To The Actual Land Use Based On The Land Management Plan. A Total Of 31 New Cadastral Units Will Be Formed Based On The Detailed Planning And Land Management Plan.
