Tenders Are Invited For Engineering Design And Consultancy Services

The Assignment Includes The Following Disciplines: Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Measurement And Control Technology, Building Management Systems. The Contracting Authority Expects To Need Approximately €150,000 (Including Vat) Per Year. No Rights Can Be Derived From This Estimate. Maximum Value The Maximum Value Of The Framework Agreement Is €900,000 (Including Vat) For The Entire Term. The Maximum Division Between The Two Contractors Is: - Number 1 (Based On The Assessment Of The Tender): €500,000, Including Vat - Number 2 (Based On The Assessment Of The Tender): €400,000, Including Vat. The Client Is Entitled To Terminate The Framework Agreement If The Stated Maximum Value Has Been Spent Before The End Of The Agreed Contract Period. The Client Will Not Owe Any Costs Or Compensation To The Contractor.
