The Agreement Mainly Consists Of: - The Supply Of Masts And Fixtures; - Installing, Replacing, Mounting And Connecting Lighting Objects, Masts And Fixtures; - Coordinating Work On The Regulated Network; - Carrying Out Preventive And Corrective Maintenance, Consisting Of, Among Other Things: - Organizing And Maintaining A Breakdown Watch Service; - Carrying Out Regular Maintenance; - Eliminating Malfunctions And Defects; - Repairing Damage Caused By Collisions Or Destruction; - Repairing Damage Due To Age Or Wear And Tear; - Realigning Crooked Masts; - Reporting On The Work Performed; - Providing Damage Information In The Event Of A Collision For The Purpose Of Claim Recovery; - Supplying Or Processing Revision Data. The Work Is Within The Municipality Of Vught And Falls Solely Under Its Responsibility. This Assignment Will Therefore Not Be Merged. Various Companies In The Civil Engineering Sector Have All The Disciplines In-House To Carry Out The Various Parts Of The Work. The Size Of The Assignment, Both Financially And Technically, Is Such That The Entire Work Is Also Easily Feasible For An Sme Company. For This Reason It Is Not Necessary To Divide The Work Into Lots. The Agreement Is Entered Into For A Period Of At Least Two Years And A Maximum Of Four Years. The Intended Effective Date Of The Agreement Is December 2026.
