The Central Coast Regional District (Ccrd) Invites Proposals From Qualified Machine Operators To Perform Allheavy Machine Operations At Thorsen Creek Landfill, Located In The Vicinity Of Thorsen Creek, Bella Coola, Bc. It Isthe Intent Of This Request For Proposals (Rfp) To Identify A Lead Proponent And Negotiate A Contract For Provision Oflandfill Equipment And Its Operation At Thorsen Creek Landfill. The Initial Term Of The Contract Is Five (5) Years,Commencing January 1, 2027 And Ending December 31, 2032. Contract Rates Are Subject To Annual Consumerprice Index (Cpi) Adjustment In Each Year Of The Contract, Including Any Extension Years.
