The Minister Of Finance, In His Capacity As The Central Procurement Authority (Cpa), Hereinafter Referred To As The Purchasing Authority, Through The Administration Entrusted To Him - Directorate Centralized Public Procurement, Ministry Of Finance, With Address Sofia 1040 G.S. Rakovski No. 102, Announces An Open Procedure For The Award Of A Public Procurement With The Subject: Provision Of Courier Services For The Needs Of The Bodies Of The Executive Power And Their Administrations With Two Separate Positions: Separate Position No. 1 Provision Of Domestic Courier Services; Separate Position No. 2 Provision Of International Courier Services. The Procedure Aims To Conclude Two Framework Agreements, One For Each Specific Position, With The 3 Contractors Ranked In The First 3 Places In The Public Procurement. In The Event That Only 2 Suitable Offers Are Received Or Only 2 Participants Have Submitted Offers Meeting The Requirements Of The Procurement, The Contracting Authority Will Conclude A Framework Agreement With Two Contractors.
